Its ideal if one can update transactions as they are posted by categorizing them correctly, including splits of a bill into different categories. <br><br>Also the ability to sync with Desktop, or at minimum to download to the desktop, will allow keeping track of budget and transaction history. I have benefited from looking up a transaction as a reminder for when a particular activity/payment took place.
