<title>Quicken Community: Positive balance turns negative on initial download with Quicken Online</title>

On Quicken Online my initial download from my bank repeatedly makes the positive balance in the checking account a negative balance in Quicken.  I tried reloading a few times, tried a new email address.  Anybody have the same problem?  I do have 2 checking accounts with the same bank (business and personal) maybe that has something to do with it? The number is right but Quicken puts a &quot;-&quot; in front of it...</description>
