Quicken Community: Keep Payee when Matching Future Transactions to Cleared; Allow Note

Occasionally, I write a check. I like to put this in as a 1-time transaction, so that it is calculated in my "Real Balance."

Unfortunately,

1. You cannot add a NOTE to it until it clears, by which time you have forgotten what it was for

2. When it does clear, it loses the payee info and shows up simply as "CHECK".

I think fixing these would be in-line with Quicken Online's stated mission: to help you track your spending and know how much is available.
