Quicken Community: Setting "Goals" of paying off debt?

I just started using Quicken Online and I have a question and a suggestion.

First, when I set a goal for "Credit Card" does it understand that the goal is paying it down? I assume so, because who in the world would have a goal of spending on a credit card?

Secondly, When not have more granular budget controls? Sub categories and such?..
