http://www.quickencommunity.com/webx/.59b7caa9 I would help to projected a real balance if when paychecks and a recurring payment (like a mortgage) are scheduled for the 1 day of each month, the paychecks were listed before the recurring payments. Otherwise, the mortgage payment is included in the projected "real balance" for an entire month, and it looks like you have a smaller balance than you really do. I work around it by putting the mortgage in for the 2nd day of the month, but it appears to be a bug that should be fixed since lots of people have their check put in and mortgage taken out on the first of the month.
