Since 9/30, my Chase credit card will not refresh.Have tried every day since then with no luck.Sent 2 error reports to Quicken - no confirmation, no response. Quicken support is on my approved e-mail list to no avail. Some sort of answer from them would be appreciated. Thinking of closing this account and going elsewhere. Any suggestions?</description>
