It worked fine for some time - recently, I went to start it up and it would not start - gave me an error &quot;memstart.exe generated an error and has been closed by windows&quot;.<br><br>I can't reinstall the upgrade since I was never able to download the installer, due to the necessity to update via the help menu. If I uninstall and then reinstall version 1.0, which I do have saved on a CD, I assume it won't let me upgrade without purchasing since it's now past the March deadline.<br><br>Please advise.
