Hi folks! Welcome, especially, to new owners of Quicken Medical Expense Manager version 2!

We've built a number of items to help you get started with MEM...

There's a "Quick Reference Card" that you can print out, that will help with entering your first expense, understanding some basic medical terms and mapping your Explanation of Benefits to MEM.

To get to it, click your computer's "Start" button, then "Programs", then "Quicken Medical Expense Manager" to get to the folder, then "Quick Reference Guide". (It's in .pdf format, from Adobe Acrobat; you can download the free viewer <url=http://www.adobe.com/>here
.)

From within MEM, there's Help as well as in-depth product demonstration videos ("demos"), that show in detail how to use many of MEM's features.

Both are on the Help menu at the top.

These forums are a great source of information! :)

Most of us have had to learn about understanding medical expenses on our own. Fortunately, many of the people in this forum are generous about sharing the knowledge they've developed, both about MEM and about medical expenses in general...
