http://www.quickencommunity.com/webx/.efd705e I somehow managed to create a "Service" item that should have been a "Drug" item. Now I cannot delete the item in the service list so that the application will let me create the correct drug entry. All that I am allowed to do is to "Hide" the the service item so that I cannot access it in the future. BUT, I sill cannot create the item as a drug unless I use a substitute name - or some derivative thereof. I would REALLY like to delete the incorrect entry...
