Quicken Community: The Forums Forum

As y'all may or may not have noticed, either directly or through others' posts, the forums have been somewhat untrustworthy of late. I've been spending some time keeping track of the <url=http://www.quickenforums.com/forum.jspa?forumID=1012>Forum and Support Site Feedback and Suggestions</url> forum in the Quicken for Windows area to keep tabs on what others are experiencing. If you are not familiar with this forum, it's worth a look.

However, that's not the purpose of my post. It seems that in recent days a new forum has been started called <url=http://www.quickenforums.com/category.jspa?categoryID=600000009>Forum Announcements</url> which seems to be a forum about the forums, but independant of any of the Quicken programs. What I'm trying to figure out is whether or not this area is intended to be and/or develop into a discussion area, or if it is designed to be a one-way announcement channel from the forum administrators to us.

For my part, I like the idea of having an area to discuss things concerning these forums and other issues beyond the scope of any given specific Quicken product...
