http://www.quickencommunity.com/webx/.efd738f I am a very long time Quicken user (since DOS), and had been looking for years (since 2000) for a good medical expense program, when QMEM was released. I purchased QMEM version 1 via download, and then downloaded upgrade to version 2. At this point I had NO back up copy of the program on CD/DVD. And the way the download works, I have been unable to burn a back up install version of the program. Very soon I (and others) will be unable to download the program due to the ending date coming up, set by Quicken...
