We’re pleased to announce that the Quicken Forums will soon become the Quicken Community, a place where users can not only find help with Quicken, but also personal finance and small business.
Here are some details of the move: The forum here will be “frozen” on Monday, March 26th, at 9:00am PST/12:00pm EST. You can read the forum, but you won’t be able to post—this is to make sure we can safely transfer all of the information on the current forum to the new platform. The transfer should take approximately four days. You will then receive a temporary password via email to log in to the new community. You will be able to log into the new community with your current username, and all of your previous posts will remain intact.
After you log in, feel free to update your user profile, change your password, and, of course, provide us feedback—after the move, we’ll be at www.QuickenCommunity.com. The current www.QuickenForums.com address will redirect to our new location.
Thanks all for your patience while we complete this work—we hope the new forum will help you find what you’re looking for!
Thanks--

Signature - Please remember that this is a User-to-User community forum. If you come in to get an answer, see if there are any that you can provide. The more people who do that, the more likely you will get your answer.
To help others trying to answer your question, go to "User Preferences" at the top middle of any forum page and then go to "My Profile" and fill in those fields.
Intuit Employee's using the forum can be identified by the name "Quicken " followed by a red Q. Unless a poster has the above requirements they are not an Intuit employee.

THINK IT THRU! Have you explained your issue so that someone who knows nothing about you, or YOUR Quicken setup, can understand what your issue is? Are you using standard Quicken terminology, particularly with respect to FILES, ACCOUNTS and CATEGORIES?
