You may have noticed that we've just added a new ratings system to the community--you can now vote posts as helpful or not helpful--we hope this will let you tell us what's helpful to you and what's not.
A user's "helpful" rating will also appear in their mini-profile, when you click on their username--and you'll be able to see just how helpful our community members are. This new ratings system pairs along with the Best Answer functionality--the originator of a thread will still be able to choose what they consider to be the best answer to their question.

Intuit Employees using the forum can be identified by the name "Quicken" followed by an Intuit logo. Unless a poster has the above requirements they are not an Intuit employee.
