We will be hosting some of our training colleagues from around the world in Tucson, and would like to expose them to our customer's workflows first hand.
We would like to observe and interact with a current Quicken Home & Business customer in their place of business. We will be taking that information and translating it into learning opportunities for new agents who will be supporting the Quicken products.
