Now that Quicken 2006 has scanning ability it would be nice if the same could apply here. I have been using RecordSmart and had that ability to scan in documents.

Also it tracked hospital stays with descriptions of action taken while there.

If you scan you documents as pdf files. you can go to the expense details and click on the dispute letter option. click on any option the click create leter, after doing so delete all the contents of the letter. now there are two ways to import the document. the first is, select insert, the picture, then select from scanner camera, then select your scanner and click insert. The second way would be select insert, then select object, then select create from file tab, the click browse and find your pdf file that you have allready scanned. dont forget to save the dispute letter as something meaningfull so myou know that it is a statement or EOB.

Interesting concept. Without trying it out myself (it's Sunday and I am a little lazy today) can you set up more than one dispute letter per service date/transaction?

Thanks
