Hi all - Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving break.

Anyone have any tricks out there (i.e. workarounds) for nested sorting? I find it frustrating to have only the single sort fuction (provider, date, reason, etc.).

Quicken Lisa, hopefully this will be fixed with v2. At a minimum, the DOS should always listed chronologically when not chosen as the primary sort. Example: Primary Sort: Provider; DOS is listed randomly rather in chronological order.

To make the most effective use of this product, I break down all EOB's & enter each part individually. (insurance does this too) and I find that I scroll back & forth checking dates. I've run separate reports by provider just to be sure that I haven't duplicated entries (I have) which is an extra step that I'd rather not do.

Thanks, Barrie

Hi Barrie, and thanks as ever for the good ideas.

There's no capability for nested sorting, sorry 'bout that. But Version 2 will have better ways to handle those multi-line EOBs you're dealing with.

Does that help?

- Lisa

Thank Lisa. I think so -- I guess we'll find out when v2 is released.

Barrie :)
