My wife & I both work, both employers use different insurers for medical, dental, and pharmacy, and both employers have changed carriers, so I'm currently trying to track a backlog of submissions to 7 insurance companies.

I need a customizable Expense Status similar to the FSA Status. It must allow me to tag "submit to" and "pending" for EACH insurer.

Then I need a report that shows my "submit to's" and "pendings" by insurer.
