I'd like to see the Name field split into two ('Last', 'First Middle') or three ('Last', 'First', 'Middle') separate fields.
Primarily for flexibility in reporting.
As it stands now I can, and do, enter names as 'Last,First,Middle'. This change would allow the selection of individual who are connected by some other critera than family. For example, if I wanted a report of paternal grandfather and maternal grandmother because they go to the same primary care physician, I could select individuals with two different 'Last' names AND specific 'First' names without having to scroll down a list of all individuals on file.
