I have all of my doctors and providers in either my Palm device or my Outlook contacts it would be great to be able to import the data into MEM.

I like the idea, but I don't think you go far enough. Make sure to submit it to Intuit using the Feedback facility in your program. However, I'd encourage you to think more along the lines of both importing and exporting the contact list in a generic and widely accepted format. I know that Palm Desktop can export multiple address records to a VCF file, and both Palm and Outlook can export to a CSV and import from VCF files.

Of course, it is your feedback, so you can request what you like. Just know that I'll be copying your idea and asking for it as I describe above. ;-)

I like your idea of exporting too. To be able to send to Excel then email a provider or insurance company would be great. Show them you are organized and not intimidated can lead to much better service:-)

I use the category features in my address books and I have over 35 doctors right now! Plus the insurance companies and clinics etc.
