Many of my Providers have multiple addresses, each with a different mileage. Currently, to enter different addresses for a Provider requires multiple Provider records.
There should be a way to define multiple addresses for an individual Provider, and select the appropriate one when entering or editing an expense record.

To expand on this slightly, it would be a helpful feature if, to start with, one could enter a practice name and a provider (medical professional) name for each provider. Ideally, we could then assign various professionals to each practice, and be able to search by practice and/or professional.
Hopefully this would also help dclewis's situation.
