More detail and standardization for Drugs & Services

Regarding the Drugs list, it would be nice if we could enter some additional detail. Others have suggested dosages, etc. I am particularly interested in having an adverse-reaction field. Rather than making a note in the drug name saying "wife - allergy" or something like that, I'd like to be able to add an "adverse reaction" or "additional information" entry to a Drug, select a Person, then put in some information about this.

Along with this it would also be helpful if MEM had a database (or access to an up-to-date database) of a standard list of drugs, which the user could choose from. Ideally, we could look up a drug by generic or brand name, and this database would have the knowledge that links generics with corresponding brand-name drugs.

This would also be a useful feature for Services, especially if it had a CPT code reference built in.
