I tried to submit a problem to QMEM Help & Support. I can't create an account because my email is already in use. It won't accept my password. If I ask it to send me my email, it is noted as invalid. HELP!

I had this problem prior to you and after your experience.
I believe the reason you cannot get through is because none of the other posters utilizes this method of gettig support- rather, they post their problems and they become solved in that forum.
Within the last 7-8 days the problem of which you speak has been addressed with an accompanying explanation (and I paraphrase) that changes in this procedure were made some time ago and apparently (???) people were not notified (!!!!)
I do not have a count of the lines I "wrote" that were rejected on the same grounds.
I now have major problems with the installation of MEM2 which I installed today, 29 March 2006.
I will again attempt to use the recommended method. I will also say 5 Hail Marys if it works.
