I am not sure if I am posting this question properly because I ended up purchasing QMEM some time back but have no tused it because I found it lacking when in critical and important features when it first came out. I had asked questions but was not satisfied with responses. I just re-downloaded the purchased product and installed it and on checking up in the Help --> About Quicken MEM I see it is showing as Quicken Medical Expense Manager v2.1.1.2.

I have been unable to find the exact build/version of what is the latest release nor am I able to determine if anything new is out there and whether I should upgrade. I find this frustrating before I even start using.

Can someone please clarify the latest version/build out there and what are the incremental changes.

I would also like to know when & what I am eligible to download.

The current release of QMEM is v 2.1.2.9.

Most of the change from 2.1.1.2 (AKA version 1) to 2.1.2.9 (AKA version 2) consisted of fixing a few bugs and performance issues.

There have been no enhancements added.

  • THINK IT THRU! Have you explained your issue so that someone who knows nothing about you, or YOUR Quicken setup, can understand what your issue is? Are you using standard Quicken terminology, particularly with respect to FILES, ACCOUNTS and CATEGORIES?

    Hi there!

Actually we did get to include one enhancement in a mostly bug fix. This enhancement allows you to properly enter an out-of-network expense by allowing you to check or uncheck the box labeled "in-network?" on the Expense Detail screen. I know it is a small thing, but it was a quick fix that we could include.
