I got this message today. My QMEM has been updated via web (only have v. 1 on disc). How do I reinstall without the file?

I got the same message about not being able to read the sku.dat and to reinstall Quicken Medical Expense Manager. Problem is I downloaded the original file and it is no longer on my computer. I will not purchase this program again.
