Repeted Requests QMEM Product Registration

This post is about: Quicken Medical Expense Manager V2 2007
After installing and registering the product QMEM keeps asking me to register every other time I start the program; I have registered several times.

I have Vista and all the necessary programs installed. I have tried reinstalling as an Administrator and running the program as an Administrator but nothing works as of yet. Any ideas?

    For other reasons I had to reinstall Vista then reinstalled QMEM as an administrator. The program now works as it should. This tells me that a complete uninstall of QMEM removing all files and registry entries would accomplish the same thing. Unfortunately support does not have or will not provide the instructions for a complete uninstall.

    I am a long time user and I recently upgrade to Windows 7. I purchased the latest version of QMEM because no one fromteh Company would respond to several requests to get the Upgrade version of QMEM.

    My problem is every other time I start the program, it requests that I register. I have registered several times with no effect. I have tried to start the program as an Administrator and then register, but that doesn't help.

    Is there a Registry setting that turns off the request to Register when the program starts up? Is there any other way to fix this problem with out reinstalling Win 7?
