Hello.

I cannot upgrade QMEM 2.1.2.19 to version 2.1.2.20 When I select HELP-->Look for updates, I get the message "Failed to check for software updates".. What should I do?

Also, although I am missing the current version, the current version has not been update for some time. Do you plan on continuing to support and update QMEM in the future?

    Anyone solve this issue - this is what is happening for me - I can't open my old data file after re-installing the software after upgrading to windows 7. I've tried "run as administrator" to no avail.

    I have had the same problem after a system crash. I have been unable to correctly install the program to Windows 7 (new computer). It will not update (update failed). Additionally, my data file cannot be restored.

    I have been sending emails to QMEM for a week and still no response. Is this product being supported?

    Finally heard from QMEM. Downloaded and succesfully installed with my old data file running.

    Only remaining issue is that I still get the message "Failed to Update" when I attempt to update.
