I just ran into the same problem. I am trying to copy data from my original version of MEM into the new version I installed on my new PC. How do I get all of my old data into the new Medical Expense Manager?

I can't seem to get an email reply from Quicken for this problem. does anyone know of an actual customer support phone number or a way to reach the corporate office to complain about this lack of response?

This is the same for me.
I have been using the same version, 1.x, all along, and now, when I reinstall it [on a fresh Windows install], my file is apparently a 2.0 file!
[Unable to open data file 2009.mem. Its version (2.1.0.0) is not supported by this application version (1.1.1.3).]
I can't open any of my recent files -- and I've never used 2.x!
Has anyone figured out a solution to this problem? I just installed Windows 7, only to find that my QMEM will not open my backup .... YEARS of data...because it seems to have saved the backup in a prior version. Does not offer to convert the data.

I recently bought and installed Rental Property Manager 2010 to upgrade my Quicken Premier 2009. When I opened my Quicken Medical Expense Manager, it opened a demo version or it required me to view demo or get started and I can no longer access my old files. Please advise how to proceed. Thanks.
