Quicken Medical Expense Manager V2 2007
I am trying to print a copy of the Expense Details for an entry and I keep getting this message:
"Quicken Medical Expense Manager has encountered a program error and will now close."
Back on 7/30 I was able to print off about 25 Expense Details. Now it won't let me print even one.
I am using an older, okay, an ancient, Dell laptop with WindowsME for the OS. I don't understand why this exact set-up worked the other day and now it doesn't.
I clicked on the "Give Feedback" button and sent the info as suggested but I'm waiting for a reply. I don't want to enter any more info into the program if I can't retrieve it later.
Anyone else have this error message? I've tried printing different records but I get the same message.

My best guess is that, somehow, your QMEM database has gotten corrupted. Can you restore from a recent backup?

THINK IT THRU! Have you explained your issue so that someone who knows nothing about you, or YOUR Quicken setup, can understand what your issue is? Are you using standard Quicken terminology, particularly with respect to FILES, ACCOUNTS and CATEGORIES?
