I just started using QMEM, and I have entered the people, insurer, providers, along with bills for this year.
I checked the OOP report and noticed that it displays entries which have 0.00 in the column for "Amount applied to deductible". This only happens for bills that I have entered for myself. It does not happen for bills with a 0.00 amount for my spouse. Bills for which the amount which "Applies to the Deductible" is not 0.00, then the works as it should.
I tried re-entering the bill, and even tried recreating the file with no success. The outcome was the same. I have spent a fair amount of time trying to figure out the cause for this.
Has this problem been encountered by anyone else? If so, is there an explanation for it, along with a way to correct it?
