Today is August 4th and I went into Quicken Online to refresh my account. I have 4 transactions with today's date on them with other that are "Pending". (I bank with Washington Mutual) I refresh the account and it pulls my correct online balance from my bank, but it does not pull the appropriate transactions. So my "RealBalance" is completely out of whack. I've tried 3 times over the span of an hour and a half and still no luck (there are no errors...just no transactions). Is anyone else experiencing this? VERY frustrating...I'm about to pull the plug.

I have the same problem, but am using Wells Fargo. Go figure, my small home town Credit Union though is syncing automatically as it should, and all is working well with those accounts.

This appears to be an epidemic. I'm missing 2 weeks of transactions that appear in a citi credit account, but fail to show up in Quicken. So far no response from support.

Quicken has emailed me three times as well - told me to manually refresh - changing the transaction time from to 90 days (did that didn't work) this time they've asked for my banking URL, etc. so still no solution. If they get me one I'll be sure to re-post.

It would be nice if my pending transactions would appear in clear transactions. Because It doesn't my cleared transactions are a couple days old. I am thinking of asking for a refund.

I agree with all of you....today is March 26th and I haven't had a B of A transaction post since March 17th. This is ridiculous...I should have read this forum before I purchased the program as this is useless if the balances are incorrect.

Neither are my EFT! I spent all day yesterday meticulously marking all my on-line bill payments as EFT's. Only a few of them were saved!
    Any suggestions?

I've had no transactions from my bank to QO since February 22. I can log into my bank and see all my transactions. Two credit card accounts transfer to QO just fine. No response from support other than the automated reply. The concept is great, a perfect solution for those who travel. Too bad this is unreliable.

Seems as though we are all struggling with transactions that do not download from the bank to quicken. In my case, the period from 2/27/09 to 3/13/09 was omitted from the download. After many attempts, they finally did, but there is still one transaction dated 3/23/09 that will not transfer no matter how many times I have tried. Why can't there be an easy solution to this? What are we supposed to do now?

No solution however I too am experience this problem with little aid from tech support.
My solution was to delete the bank account that was not updating and set up the bank account like I was starting over again for the first time.
Problem I am having now is how can I import those transactions from 90 days that I had this bank?

i'm having the same problem, i've tried refreshing 5 times and every time i can't get any transactions from 7/24/09 to 8/2/09. i use it to balance my checkbook, yes, i am aware that i don't have to but i do to make sure it all matches and with missing transactions it's not possible, so it would be REALLY great if quicken would get this problem corrected!!! Does quicken even read these and then correct the problems? it's hard to tell especially when so many people are posting that they have the same problems.

I DID GET HELP FROM QUICKEN ONLINE CUSTOMER CARE AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SENT ME:

    SUBJECT
    missing transactions ~ online

RESPONSE (NEERAJ SEHGAL) 08/24/2009 09:38 PM
    Dear Quicken Online Customer,

Thank you for contacting Quicken Online Customer Care.

If you see transactions on your bank's website that you don't see in Quicken Online, please make sure you have refreshed your accounts recently and that the transactions you're missing are at least two days old.

If so, please try this method to get missing transactions:

    1. Click the Settings link at the top of any Quicken Online page.

    2. In the Find Missing Transactions section, click the Start button.

    3. In the Choose An Account list, select the account that's missing transactions.

    4. Choose the Start and End Dates for transactions you want to find.

    5. Click the Find Transactions button.

    6. Don't worry if you see a "Please wait" message for several minutes. We'll search through all your accounts at the financial institution you chose, and this make take a little while.

    7. If you receive a list of missing transactions, you can edit the payee names, assign categories, and add notes right on this page.

    8. When you've finished making any changes, click the Go To Account button. You should see the new transactions in the Transactions page for your account. You may need to
change the dates in the blue date bar to see the start and end dates of the transactions that you found.

    Respectfully,

    Neeraj Sehgal
    Quicken Online Team

Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you.

THIS DID WORK BUT NOT RIGHT AWAY. I DID THIS AND THEN WENT BACK INTO IT THE NEXT DAY WHEN I HAD SEEN NOTHING CHANGED THE I DID IT. IT HAD THEN PUT IN THE MISSING TRANSACTIONS. BE AWARE THOUGH THAT I HAD ALSO GOTTEN SOME DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS. SO BE SURE TO CHECK FOR THEM. I HOPE THIS HELPS.

    SINCERELY,
    DEBORA D.

Why does it take 2 days to show cleared transactions? I have the top two transactions cleared for an entire day in wamu and wont showup online, this makes no sense, where are you hiding them? It takes another transactions on top of them for it to showup, ITS CLEARED DAMMIT download and show them.

Thanks Quicken for your quick responses (YOU LIE!)

Living in Colorado, I received a note from WAMU/Chase telling me to download all my transactions to my money management s/w (Quicken)by mid October when they officially become Chase. So...I downloaded starting with September back to January. Problem: Everything downloaded fine until April 6th. I can see the transactions at Wamu but no matter how I try to download or import, I cannot download further back than April 6th which corresponds to the date of the bank statement. I've contacted Wamu but most of them say it's Quicken. After reading these comments, I feel it is Quicken. But what do I do? I can certainly manually input 75 transactions from my bank statements but....

I haven't been able to download anything from my Wells Fargo accounts since April
I complained and got sn email

Essentially it says, because not enough people are having this issue we're not going to bother fixing it.

    Here's the email:

    Dear Quicken Online Customer,

Thank you for contacting Quicken Online Customer Care,

We received the update from Online banking team

According to them, they have found that a very small number of customers can't add their Wells Fargo accounts to Quicken Online or can't receive updated transactions from their Wells Fargo accounts.

Unfortunately, the way we download Wells Fargo transactions doesn't allow us to troubleshoot specific problems regarding account setup or updates.

If you cannot add or update your Wells Fargo accounts, please give us feedback so we can keep an accurate count of customers experiencing problems. The higher this count , the higher the likelihood that we will eventually be able to fix these problems.

In the meantime, we apologize for this inconvenience and hope that you continue to use Quicken Online with the accounts you hold at other financial institutions besides Wells Fargo.

    Respectfully

    Preeti
    Quicken Online Team
