I'm having the same problem. For the past 2 days I get a message that the Quicken server is having a problem, but it is only with my USAA accounts. Does anyone know what is going on?

I've found that if I delete my account and re-add it, it works again. I only get the latest 90 days worth of data when I re-add it, and lose any work, but...

Quicken, please keep working on this! Note: my account is Wells Fargo, but I've been having the same problem. (WF doesn't refresh via manual refresh, other banks do.)

I am having the same problem today. I went to USAA and logged in successfully. In addition, I am having a problem with duplicate transactions--also USAA accounts. Is anyone else having this problem? I reported it and was told I need to complain to USAA about something that I don't really understand.

I am using this program less and less due to these problems and am thinking of discontinuing.

Any suggestions?

I noticed that I couldn't refresh my account while I was logged into WellsFargo.com, but when I logged out of WellsFargo.com, I could refresh that account at Quicken.com. Perhaps it was just a coincidence, but I'm hoping not!

Hi guys, this is kind of worrisome. I thought I was the only one, but I guess not. I just signed up for the trial of Q online, and I love the simple interface but I too use USAA and I have yet to be able to download any transactions. Funny part is I successfully downloaded all my accounts themselves, but that's as far as I got. I sent in an error report, but it was listed as a "general error", so I'm not holding my breath on that one. Hmm, this whole accounting software hunt is starting to become frustrating. Alternative to MS Money and Quicken??? One can only hope.

I just signed up today and was able to download my transactions from USAA. I have two accounts with them (Credit Card and Asset Management), but for some reason the payee information is not making it into QOL for the Asset Management account. Everything looks good on the credit card account.

Try Moneydance. Works on any platform, and just plain works.

My investment accounts at USAA can't be refreshed or even entered.

I can't even get it to link with my USAA accounts for the first time. I've gone through the support process, but they haven't been able to give me any way to make it work.

If you go on USAA and search, they state that they tried to work with Intuit, but could not reach a cost effective solution to download Brokerage accounts into QOL.

What is Moneydance? Any info appreciated.
