Are these two paychecks per month from the same employer? One paycheck from one employer, a second paycheck from a different employer?

Thanks, but I found the answer. I failed to properly categorize the second paycheck as "PAYCHECK". This took care of the problem.
The "chart" icon is located on the home page using Quicken Online. Click the icon to display a chart of upcoming transactions.

Paychecks
"Bob": bi-monthly on 15 and end of month
"Jake": bi-monthly on 5 and 20th of month
So it's actually like scheduling 4 paychecks, I guess...
When I looked at the chart (a little button found on the "Home" tab on lower-right side of main eye-catcher box), it put Jake's nicely on for the 5th. BUT, it also put his on for the 15th instead of Bob's. It would be okay if they're paychecks were close to equal, but there's a fairly sizeable difference it pay which could throw off the whole "outlook" chart.
Hmm, I wonder. If I create a new category "Paycheck2" and recategorize all of Bob's as "Paycheck2", will it work properly?
I have only one paycheck every 2 weeks. So, if I am getting paid next week, and then again in 3 weeks, both should show up on the Upcoming Transactions section ahead of the bills due in 3.5 weeks.

I think the chart should look ahead for fixed periods, say one or two months at a time, irrespective of the paycheck periods.
If there is a way around my problem, does anyone know it? Surely others must have it. Or is this just another of the many problems with this product?

I think if you do repeating income transactions you do not have to call them "paychecks". I get one everyday so I made one for each day of the week and repeated each weekly.
I'm having the same problem that you are. This program doesn't seem to handle multiple sources of income well. If you figure it out (or get an answer), I'd really like to know. As for right now, I have to simply ignore the forecast on the HOME page when I log in. It's always wrong.
I have the same complaint. The forecast is always wrong, because apparently nobody was intelligent enough to figure that lots of people have multiple paychecks from multiple sources. E.g., a HOUSEHOLD.
