I cannot get my printer to print my Transactions from Quicken Online. Is there something I am doing wrong? I have a HP printer and I am using Windows XP.

Having a similar problem. Quicken Online just updated yesterday; don't know whether that is related.

Not having problems printing from any other application.

What is interesting is that in the printer setup, it says that it is replacing "Arial" (or courier or anything) with "eeeb". The moment I try to print a report, it says "Printer not connected." When I go back to "Printer Setup", I cannot reenter the setup.

I just signed up and edited 90 days of info. Wanted to print out transactions and the "pie chart" on the trends chart. When I print it appears that info is being spooled to the printer but all I get is blank pages with headers, the verisign logo, page numbers and time and date. Where is the rest of the info???

Right click on the screen you want to print, then scroll down to "Print Preview". Try printing from the preview page. It should show what your printer is going to see. Mine is showing everything I can see on my browser. What also works is Using Microsoft One Note to take a Screen shot. Open the screen you want to print then Open One Note, go to insert:screen shot. One Note will kick you back to the previous viewed screen which should be your Trends Page or whatever you want to print. Using the Screen shot tools, cover the area you want to insert into One Note and it will automatically put the screen shot on your One Note page. This is a picture of a picture so its not going to crystal clear but it works to bypass Quicken's antiprinting stuff. Good Luck.
