webster bank recently changed their website and i can no longer get transactions using quicken online. any suggestions on course of action? i have already sent support a "ticket" about it but who knows when that will get looked at.
not sure if it matters but when i used to access my webster account it would bring me to a page where i had to answer a question that webster had setup.
I bank here in GA and when I set up Quicken last week no trouble getting transaction but starting a few days ago I couldn't get anything to donwload. Hope they can get this worked out, whole reason for getting this program...
webster is semi responding now. it will let me put my secret question answers in but still does not update. i hope they figure this thing out soon. i think its not actually a problem with quicken but with the way that webster setup their new website.
Yes, I have been several weeks without downloading transactions from my Webster bank accounts. I do see that it refreshes only in the sensd that the balance is up to date, but never any transactions are in the queue. I have opened a ticket with Customer Service and I have provided them with the ID's then needed. I see many others have this same problem. Hopefully they will resolve it quickly, this is highly aggravating. I just wished they looked at the forums a bit more often, they would have noticed this general problem quicker...
I've been trying mint.com and want to buy a desktop version of quicken. mint.com makes me re enter all the webster security questions every time I update transactions.
Will i have this same issue with the quicken software?
