When I'm in "cleared transactions" and I want to specify things that come up as "other" under payee and transfer out" under category. This information is clearly incorrect. I have clicked on these and manually changed them to the correct payees and categories, but it's not saving. HELP!!!!

This is Cassie again. I've even gone into details and hit save. Then I'll go to a different web page within Quicken and return to transactions and the information I manually put in is gone. :(
Can you contact Support about this? To contact Support, click Support at the upper-right of the Quicken Online window and then click Contact Us Now. Then click Email and fill out the form.
If you can include some screen shots, that would be really helpful, such as a transaction:
- before changing the payee
- after changing the payee
- after returning from the other page
- the original payee name (it's in the window that opens when you click DETAILS at the upper-left under PAYEE DETAILS)
I am having the same problem. I have tried using IE, Firefox, and Chrome. None of them will sane changes to category or payee for individual transactions.
