Bank Messed Up - Transactions Missing

This post is about:
Quicken Online
Received a message from my bank saying that transactions for 2 days will not be available due to a processing error.
This means that these tranactions in Quicken Online will never show up in "Cleared Tranactions"... even though the bank's balance information is correct...
How can I add these manually to cover for my inept bank?
