I have tried and tried again to send an email through the form on the quicken online website. I am trying to get my account deactivated. I was locked out of my online account because I deleted my two bank accounts. I am required to enter them again if I want to go further in the system. I work during the day and am unable to call a telephone number because everything is 9-5 pacific. I have tried every entry form imaginable on the Intuit and Quicken websites but everything always times out. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!! (And see a record of it!) If I have gotten through and not seen it on my side, no one has contacted me. I have also tried Quicken chat but have never gotten anyone online. Can someone point me to someone who can actually RESPOND to me?! As you can see I'm upset. I just want to cancel my account before my trial runs out.

Baron, as you appear to be helpful, could you please ask customer service, technical support, application development, the managers, directors, and maybe the CEO to please look into the errors many people are getting with "Error during model data update". I have had this issue for several months without any decent customer service or responsivness. Thanks again for your help.

I am new to Quicken Online and am having the same problem related to the Error during model data update. I have posted my question regarding my Patelco Credit Union account.
I have sent an email to support with the hopes of a response and/or solution. Also an email to Patelco.
I am losing faith in this program reading peoples frustrations with very little to no Quicken admin support.
In my case Quicken Online will lose my business at the deadline of just before I have to start paying for this service.
