I have been trying to add my accounf for the Royal Bank of Canada....

it asks for "card#" "password" and "secret answer"

well.....

secret answer to what?

so I put in one of my security answers....

then it asks me a security question..... so I put in that answer, and then I get a mssage saying it failed.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
