how do i add my Univ of Illinois account, i think there is some problem with it, each time i try to give details, it fails to add the account.

Sorry you're having issues--you should double check you have the right University of Illinois financial institution, because there are a few on the list.
If you've already tried that, please post back here with what happens (it sound like you're getting to the point where you add your login information, and then it tries to add the account, but doesn't)?

To help others trying to answer your question, go to "Preferences/Profile" to the left of the page and and fill in those fields.
