I have noticed that the cleared transactions section is not showing all my transactions that have cleared. Currently I am missing everything that has cleared after 1/23/09, but I can see several transaction clearing when I login to my banks website. Does anyone have any ideas on this? anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't had this problem. Could it be that news transactions first appear on your bank's web site as PENDING? I have a list of several transactions still pending. QO downloads these transactions once their status changes to cleared.

For one of my accounts, I'm missing everything that cleared after 1/20. I don't mind waiting a couple days for transactions to appear, but this seems excessive. When I refresh the accounts, I don't receive any error messages, and the current balances are accurate.

Someone at Intuit might be able to look into the problem, if any of you posted the name of the financial institution involved.

My accounts with BECU will not refresh either. It has been over 6 days with no refresh. I have been trying to work with "customer service" but am getting nothing resloved. Meanwhile, I could start overdrafting becuase I can't tell where the heck I am with my checking account. Are there any other online alternatives to quicken online? I even tried to add my bank account again but it didn't work...same error.

I signed up this evening and have noticed this problem, too. Cleared transactions after 1/28/09 are not showing in the transactions list. UCB(GA) is the bank that this account is located.
I wonder if there might be a protocol that a bank has for 3rd party(software) downloads or just a programming bug still unseen.
