American Express will not support Quicken Online

I have been trying to get Quicken Online to download my American express transactions for two weeks. Support told me that they get an error message and I needed to take this up with Amex. Amex says they do not support QO.

Why release a product that does not work with American Express?

Why does support pretend they are not aware that the product does not work with Amex and make me waste my time calling them?

Has anyone found a way to make Amex work with Qo?

Tiggy, AMEX does work for me. Maybe it depends on the kind of card you have. I'm not sure, though. Keep trying
