Account will not update since 6/23

Number of years using Quicken: 1 year or less
Quicken Online
Windows XP
This post is about: Quicken Online
account will not update. Last time account refreshed was on 6/23, whether or not this is done automatically or manually, still will not refresh. I use Wachovia Bank.
