When requesting a forgotten password I am taken to a dialog that asks me to answer a security question but it does not display the question for me. So when requesting a forgotten security question I am asked to fill out a form where the field AuthID is not required but upon form submission it reports AuthID is a required field.
Anyone share my frustration?

I'm pretty sure I'm not imagining this..

Guess the question

If I could remember the security question, perhaps I could remember the answer as well...

So here we have the next step if we have forgotten the answer to the unknown security question that assures us we will not need to provide a AuthID..

Yet once the next form is filled out and submitted, we discover that yes indeed, you better have an AuthID if you want to talk to tech support...

So.. I guess if Quicken Online provided AuthIDs, you would need to have it before you needed it...
