For monthly goals, go to the "goals" tabs and click on "edit" to set up your monthly goal by categories. Now the question that I have is how do you submit/add yearly goals? Its just easier to have all this goals in one place. thanks!

I can tell how to adjust this month's goals. But how do I set up December's goals in November. Or my goals for 2010 while it's still 2009? I can't find anyway to plan for the future...just track the past.

There are number of problems with the current goals within QO.

1. As you mentioned there is no way to work with goals other then the month that you are currently within. You have no ability to work in future months or with past months. This is important because the budget for every month is not always the same and it would be nice to plan out a year rather then a month to month basis
2.I would also like to see a roll-over option in case one month the budgeted amount was not all spent.
3. The ability to plan 12/13 month at a time.
4. The ability to have more then one budget
5. The ability to assign transactions to a budget
6. The ability to spread budget over a month, quarter, semi year, etc.
