Hi All,

I'm sorry you're having this issue--let me see if I can help (sorry if this is something you've already tried):

First, make sure that you've got the paycheck frequency set correctly--if your paycheck is every two weeks on Tuesday, you should be able to set the next paycheck up on the correct date (let's say Tuesday 12/16 was the last one) and with the duration of Every 2 weeks in the Frequency dropdown.  Then it should appear correctly in your "What's Left" section.

If you've already tried this, you may also want to try setting up a new transaction, and make sure to set it up as repeating--

If this still doesn't help, here's an FAQ about irregular paycheck transactions--it might give you more information about why your paycheck isn't showing up when it's supposed to.

HTH--

Kathryn, there's a separate thread on "Repeating Upcoming Transactions display" from Jan 06, 2009 12:55 pm - I think I have the same question and thought you might be able to help. The original issue is copied below:

I would like to have all upcoming scheduled transactions display so totals are legit. (ie. Payroll deposits) If scheduled every 2 weeks then only one will display until the it clears. Then the next scheduled one will hit the list. I know you could go to another screen to see what the balance should be at a certain time but there is a running balance on the Upcoming Transaction section and would be nice if that included the recurring scheduled transactions.

Any thoughts? Seems that having all upcoming transactions repeat as specified would make sense, but the Upcoming Transactions screen does not do so. thanks!

    Hi jl100,
Unfortunately, there's not a way to do this in Quicken Online--the program is designed to help you know what you have to spend immediately, so the Upcoming Transactions don't work this way (they only show the next transaction when the current one is cleared).

You can see two pay periods ahead with the chart on the home page in Quicken Online, so this might help a bit--but I will be sure to pass this information along to our developers--

    Thanks for the feedback!
