I set up my budget in the goals section but the transactions that have posted to my account are not being carried over and reflected as money spent towards the specific goal. I did go through and classify my transactions, but can't seem to get this feature to work properly.
Brand new to Quicken Online.
Any suggestions?

After a quick look, Goals appear to be working for me.
You really didn't provide much information.
For starters; do any cleared transactions appear in the Goals? If so what do the transactions that appear have in common ... and what do the "missing" transactions have in common?
I'm having the same issue. For my overall it's saying $0 spent. So therefore, of course, it isn't trickling down through my 7 categories. I have gone through and labeled my transactions accordingly. I have all of my credit cards and bank accounts hooked up. My goals are just not reflecting what's going on with my accounts at all.

Sorry: I have no idea what your problem is.
Every Goal I setup shows my actual transaction totals compared to my Goal totals.
I figured out that it is my credit card. Whenever it downloads the transactions it lists my expenses as income.
(for some reason the balance is still correct though)
it's just that my expenses are all green (Even though i have them in their proper categories)
So the information doesn't transfer over to my trends and goals.
Is there a way to fix this?

I doubt it.
Sounds like there are two problems.
One problem is your fi may be sending transactions with the wrong algebraic sign. A few credit card companies (American Express among them) have been known to do that when downloading transactions to the Quicken desktop products. In the Quicken desktop products, you could change an amount from a "payment" to a "charge"; but I know of no way to change the sign of a "cleared" transaction in Quicken Online.
The second problem is that Quicken Online should not exclude transactions from Trends or Goals just because the transactions don't have the algegraic sign of a normal expense transaction. That leaves no way to account for the return of merchandise, or for rebates, etc.
How to ask a question.
