Under my budget it says I've only spent $123 under the overall category for the month. I've spent at least $500 this month and I've refreshed my bank account. Why is my budget not accurate with what I've really spent this month?

The "Overall" goal is not the total of all your Quicken Online expenses. It's the total of just the goals you have setup in Quicken Online.
