Updating Individual Transactions

This post is about: Quicken Online
I decided to change the description of some transactions, but they are not staying changed. When I return to the transaction, it shows the original description. Example, changed WITHDRAWAL to CHASE VISA. When I return it say WITHDRAWAL again. Ideas?

I have this problem too. I found that if I set the category and then the payee name, the issue seems to go away.

Clearly there is a bug here though that Intuit needs to address.
