I must be missing something here because after a day of searching on the site and all over the web, I can't seem to figure out where "My Wallet" account is? It's missing from my Accounts tab...
This is becoming pointless ...

I see no one has responded to you. Did you ever get this fixed?

I'm having exactly the same problem.

Several possibilities: 1) I may have set up an account a year ago but never entered even one bank account, 2)The first account I created was a savings account, which wouldn't let me pass the accounts set up screen until I created a checking account.

Nope, never got the problem fixed. I did have the account a while ago ago, I think even before quicken online was available. I just started a new account and did everything from scratch. Then disabled my old account.

Thanks! That worked. Starting a new account did create a wallet. Based on your experience and mine, there's a bug in QOL for those who had a Quicken ID for a long time and tried to use it, or may have tried QOL with that ID some time ago.

In case someone else encounters this same bug, it turns out cancelling your original account without a wallet and then recreating it with the same ID will put the wallet in.
