Deleting transaction categories?

I want to name my own categories so that I can organize my transactions the way I am used to. I see how to add my own category, but can't I get rid of the default categories?!

Same problem here - I'm running a small business through QOnline, not a household. I'd like to delete nearly all the default categories so I don't have to hunt through the entire list to select one when marking a transaction.

Ok, I think I have figured out a way...
I just deleted the category and then "added" my own categories. The only problem is that there doesn't seem to be a way to delete the empty space, so you have to scroll past all the blanks. But at least you can name your own.
